You may cancel your subscription at any time online or send an email to info@thepacificgroup.com. You must cancel your subscription prior to 11:59p.m. Pacific Time on the day before your next recurring billing date in order to avoid being charged for another billing period. If you cancel your subscription, access to your account and all of its data will expire at the end of your billing cycle. Payments are non-refundable. If you cancel your subscription or if your account is otherwise terminated, you will not receive a credit, including for any time remaining in your current billing period. In its sole and absolute discretion, The Pacific Group may provide credits or refunds on a case by case basis. 

Financial planning services are provided via online systems operated by Moneyguide Pro and/or eMoney (Financial Planning Software).  Moneyguide Pro and eMoney are separate and unaffiliated with each other as well as separate and unaffiliated with Pacific Advisory Securities Group, LLC (d/b/a The Pacific Group, LLC (“TPG”)) and any of its affiliated or related companies.  Unless expressly communicated, TPG shall not be deemed to have recommended the use of the Financial Planning Software for any particular client.  Rather, any fees charged with be for the actual financial planning services provided. Financial planning services will not be provided until after a prospective client has received copies of the firm’s Form CRS, Form ADV Part 2A, and Form ADV Part 2B, and executed an investment advisory agreement.
